Spring Yintensive is an extended Yin Yoga journey honoring the shift from winter’s stillness to spring’s movement and renewal. Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, we’ll explore the liver and gallbladder meridians—pathways connected to flow, flexibility, and vision. Through spacious, long-held poses and guided meditation, this practice invites an inner “spring cleaning,” helping you soften, reset, and open toward clarity and new growth. All levels welcome.
