đ¸ Reclaiming the True Self: An IFS-Informed Yoga Day RetreatÂ
with Mercy B and Anne Laderman
Date: Sunday August 3rd
Time:Â 10am-3pm
Location: West Olympia, Washington
Step into sacred space and reconnect with the wisdom, wholeness, and depth of your inner world. This day-long retreat is an invitation to pause, turn inward, and reclaim the radiance of the True Self â the grounded, compassionate presence that lives beneath all our parts.
Guided by the transformational tools of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the embodied awareness of Yoga, we will explore the sacred terrain of the inner experience, honoring the many parts that make us who we are â and allowing the Self to lead with grace, clarity, and calm.
This retreat is an elevated, deepened experience that builds on the IFS-informed Yoga offerings weâve co-led in the past â designed for those ready to integrate their inner work with embodied practice in a soul-nourishing and supportive space.
